Let me tell you a story of a little girl...

Who was kicked down the block on her way home from elementary school because her “tushy” was too big.

Let me tell you a story of a little girl, now in high school, who was told by her math teacher that “she might as well put a bag over her head because no one was ever going to love her or marry her.”

Let me tell you a story of a little girl who was never popular in school, but who found things to do that she liked and was good at. Let me tell you that she was not confident, though she did feel confident sometimes like when she stood on stage and acted in plays. Let me tell you that she had a big inferiority complex and never felt good enough.

Flash forward A LOT of years! Let me tell you about that same girl, now a woman, who finally believed it when her family and friends told her that she was worthy and imperfectly perfect just the way she was.

This woman found a place in her work that allowed her to use her “super powers” to thrive. She found someone to love and love her, despite what her math teacher said.

You may see her and think she is confident and positive all of the time.

You would be mistaken. This woman has to work on finding the confidence inside of her. Some days she’s got it all under control, and some days, maybe not so much.

Does this woman still have to catch herself comparing herself to others? Yep! Does she always wake up and get everything she wants to accomplish? Nope!

Does she question herself and sometimes talk down to herself? Yes, too!

There is a whole lot more to her story, just like there is a whole lot more in YOUR story.

SThis woman has made a choice to live with a positive outlook. She has made a choice to step out of her comfort zone all the time to reach her dreams. She takes steps each day to create confidence in herself.

YOU CAN DO THIS TOO! There is something inside of you that is meant to shine. I believe that success is possible for anyone who is willing to find their way.
